At Sienna Luxe, we want you to love every piece you receive. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, earrings and all pierced jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
